A collaborative approach to therapy

I bring warmth, understanding, and a deep commitment to your growth. In the first phase of treatment, we explore what brought you to therapy and envision a life with less struggle and more joy. Together, we identify clear, achievable goals and set markers to track progress. This collaborative process ensures your treatment is tailored to your needs and focused on creating meaningful improvement that aligns with your goals. Treatment can range from one consultation session, short-term treatment, to a longer-term course of work together; your goals and your pace is our guide.
