  • You’re welcome to reach out through the contact form. From there, we can schedule a brief call to discuss what you’re looking for and see if working together feels like a good fit.

  • Yes, I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This is a chance for you to briefly share what you are looking for, ask questions, and get a sense of my approach before scheduling an initial appointment.

  • All sessions are conducted securely via telehealth, allowing you to access care from the comfort of your home.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients prefer meeting weekly or biweekly, although the frequency is adjusted based on your goals and preferences.

  • My fee is $200 per session. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • I do not accept insurance. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please be sure to check with your insurance company to confirm out-of-network benefits before beginning care.
