Simply complete the contact form, and I will respond within 1–2 business days. We can then schedule a complimentary, brief phone consultation to discuss your needs and explore whether my services are a good fit for you.
-
Yes. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation for prospective clients. This conversation provides an opportunity to discuss your needs, learn more about my approach, and determine whether working together feels like a good fit before scheduling your first session.
-
All sessions are conducted securely via telehealth, providing convenient access to care from the comfort and privacy of your own home or other private location.
-
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Because therapy is highly individualized, there is no predetermined number of sessions. Some clients find that a focused, short-term approach meets their needs, while others benefit from longer-term work. We will collaborate to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and circumstances.
For clients seeking treatment for insomnia, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is a short-term, highly effective intervention that is typically completed in approximately 6–8 sessions, although individual needs may vary.
-
The fee for an individual therapy session is $215. Payment is due at the time of service.
I accept all major credit cards, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, many insurance plans provide reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. I provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Because coverage varies by plan, I recommend contacting your insurer directly to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
