About Dr. Katharine Mocciola
For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of witnessing tremendous growth, resilience, and courage as I've walked alongside people navigating life's most difficult moments. My path has taken me from studying arts and social change in South Africa and Indigenous healing in Australia to helping children and families, supporting college students, training at the National Center for PTSD, and working with Veterans across multiple VA healthcare systems.
I have extensive experience with individuals across the lifespan and specialize in helping people recover from insomnia, trauma, anxiety, burnout, and difficult life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply ready for something to shift, life can feel different. Change is possible.
